The hotel has a convenient location near an MRT station, with access to explore the city. I noticed a Seven Eleven store beside the lobby. This was very useful. I also appreciated that I could use the Anytime Fitness gym daily. The gym access contributed significantly to my stay!!!
I found some mosquito-like bugs in the hotel room, so it did not seem perfectly clean.

I was served by Ms. Jennifer Heng at Kintamani restaurant. Her service was excellent. I could see her dedication to her duties, and she performed them with sincerity. Her warm smile and courteous, positive attitude were noteworthy.

the hotel's proximity to train and bus stations made getting around easy. i appreciated the convenience of having a 7-eleven right next door. our family room was very spacious, a real plus for us. we took advantage of the executive lounge deal and enjoyed complimentary drinks and food each evening in the waterfall lounge.
during my stay, i found that the room's warm water only lasted for about three minutes. i reported this issue, but unfortunately, it wasn't repaired.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes, nice for varied workout routines. a spacious pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section, providing ample relaxation space . the kids play area also looks nice

I found the staff to be very helpful. The doorman was always available. The concierge even upgraded my room with a smile at check-in. The bar staff, including Islander and Faizal, were genuinely happy and helpful.
The room I received was smaller than I anticipated.

i found the poolside and gym both opened early, at 0600hrs. breakfast had a buffet with some variety. free bottled water was available to take away. these aspects were convenient.
